scott law firm

I have been practicing law in Lincoln, Nebraksa since 2002. During that time I have had the opportunity to work in one large law firm and one small law firm. I started my own law firm in 2008 because I beleived that by using the latest technology a small law firm can be more responsive to the needs of its clients and, as a result, provide better representation to its clients.

Since passing the bar, I have had the opportunity to work on a variety of different cases and legal issues. Based on these experiences, I have a broad base of knowledge on many legal issues. Additionally, I have focused a good portion of my practice on two areas that not a lot of attorneys have experience in: intellectual property registration and enforcement and condemnation (eminent domain) proceedings. Another benefit of a small law firm is the ability to manage overhead costs. My office does not have a giant conference room or a skyline view. By keeping such costs under control, I am able to offer a variety of billing arrangements. In addition to traditional hourly billing I also provide flat fee services, contingent fee arrangements, unbundled legal services and limited scope arrangements. With all of these options, I am confident that you and I can work out an arrangement that is mutually beneficial to each of us. To read more about these options, please click here.

Please call or email me today. There is no cost or obligation for us to talk about your situation.
